We will separate them into three categories, based on their price. So, decide how much you want to spend on a mouse, and then chose the category that fits your budget. As I said, three of them, one under $60, one under $40 and the last one under $20. Let’s start!

  Razer is a well-known brand in the gaming world and I love their products. Some of them are overpriced, but I think this one isn't because it has a lot of different features. First of them, RGB. Who doesn't love RGB combined with the amazing new 4G sensor?

  I love how they design their products, and often times they are simple and clean. This one is really nice all in black but you can get it in different theme options. It is all plastic, but build quality is on the excellent level and every part is high-end.

  As I said earlier, their products have big price tags, but I think this is one is worth your money. This is the serious mouse for FPS players and I think you will love it. If you don't have enough money, you can save a little bit or just scroll down to see cheaper options.

The first on this list is DeathAdder Chroma. If you are in gaming for some time, you probably know everything about Razer brand, and also about DeathAdder. This mouse isn’t new. However, it is a new version of it, with some great changes. There are two new features with this one: RGB lighting and new 4G optical sensor with maximum DPI of 10000. The design is awesome, and Razer really knows how to make great looking products. The mouse has nice ergonomic shape, and it is made of plastic. It feels premium, which is must for this price tag. There is 5 buttons total, and 4 of them are programmable. There are also side buttons, and I am happy to see them. There are grips on both sides and they are very useful for hardcore gamers.

The mouse will fit perfect in any gaming setup, because of nice gaming look. The thing that I love the most is that you can customize everything with Razer software. You can change colors, and you can program buttons to do whatever you want. The last feature that I like is surface calibration. It lets you calibrate your mouse to mouse pad that you are using. That gives you maximum performance in gaming. But, it won’t give you some magic power to be the best in FPS games. It can help, but everything is on you.

  This is another great mouse, this time from Logitech. We all love their stuff, and G403 is really good. It is similar to Razer one, but it has some differences. The sensor is 3366 optical one, and it has maximum DPI number of 12000 which is insane.
• Design
  It's RGB so you can customize it even further, but even without that, it looks amazing. I really love this kind of black with 'G' logo on the bottom. Everything is placed correctly and that's really important. However, I think Razer is a little bit better in design part.
• Price
  Well, it costs around $50 and it is often on sale. My advice is to get wireless one because it is so much better, and who loves cables all over the place? But if you don't have enough money, you can save for wireless model or buy this, but both are great.

This is one of the main competitors of Razer DeathAdder Chroma. They cost pretty much the same, but there are some differences. Logitech G403 is looking great and it is perfect for gamers that love the ergonomic shape. You can buy it in 2 options: wireless and wired one. It weighs 90 grams which is pretty light. However, if you want to add some weight, you can put additional 10 grams at the back of the mouse. Logitech is using 3366 optical sensor, which is pretty common for them. There is total of 6 programmable buttons, and I loved ones on the left. There are two big buttons and it is pretty easy to reach them.

Some very serious gamers will love the option of 12000 DPI. Also, the G403 is an RGB mouse, which means that you can change the color of it. It isn’t very useful, but I love to see that option on every mouse with this price tag. All in all, this is perfect mouse for every FPS type of gamer. Of course, if you have enough money.

  I love this mouse but it isn't for everyone out there. It is quite big and heavy so if you have a small hand, you should probably skip this one. However, it is perfect for people that love big mice with the nice sensor. It is mainly for FPS gamers and it even has RGB lighting.
• Design
  As I said earlier, I love SteelSeries and this design is amazing. It is all black with nice little details. But you can also get it in different color options, and my favorite is white. It is just clean and simple. Build quality is also very good and it is rock solid. All in all, I love the design of Rival 300.
• Features
  Another mouse in this category with a similar price tag. But keep in the mind that the most important thing is if it is worth the money. And I think it is, it is worth every dollar for people that have medium-big hands and loves something rock solid. I definitely recommend it for FPS gamers.

The third on the list is from SteelSeries. I don’t know why, but I love them very much. The design of their product is really unique with special accents. There isn’t wireless version of this mouse, but I love the option to choose between a lot of colors. My favorite is a white one. I love that simple glossy white body. There are two side buttons which are very good. Also, there is rubber on both sides for extra grip. DPI button is in a great position, and you won’t change it accidentally. It is only for right-handed people.

Heart of the mouse is Pixart PMW3310 optical sensor. It is very excellent and they are targeting mainly gamers that love FPS games. The nice thing to see is RGB illumination. And I love 6 programmable buttons. I need to say that this is a little bit bigger mouse. It isn’t small and that’s why it weighs a little more than competitors: 130g. But if you have a big palm or you just love to game on a bigger mouse, you won’t have any problems with Rival 300. As I said, there isn’t wireless option, but you will get 2 meters of cable, which is a lot. It can be the cheapest gaming mouse here.

  This is one of the fastest gaming mouses in the world and yes, it is true. I really love it and I think this is a gem from Logitech. It has all the features for one serious gamer, including 8 programmable buttons. that means that you can use it for both FPS or MMO games.
• Design
  Definitely the best design on this list, but some people would love to have something simpler than this. However, if you love the futuristic type of stuff, Logitech G 402 is exactly that. It is another RGB mouse and you customize little 'G' logo on the bottom of the mouse.
• Price
  This is the last mouse in this category, and the price is pretty similar to others. But as the previous one, this is also often on sale and if you don't have enough money you should save and wait for it. But, if you have money now and you like everything about G402, maybe you shouldn't consider anything else.

Logitech claims that this is the fastest gaming mouse on the market right now. And is true. But let’s take a look at design first. If you ask me, this is the best-looking gaming mouse on this list. The futuristic design of the G402 is the best thing about it. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great mouse and possibly top pick for a best cheap gaming mouse. The design is a combination of shiny black lines and big matt surface. There is blue ‘G’ logo on the top side of the mouse. There are 8 buttons, and all of them are customizable with Logitech software, which is the best on the market at the moment.

This mouse is a true gem for every FPS gamer out there. The big thing for Logitech is an optical sensor. And they are using new fusion engine high-speed tracking for ultra-fast gaming. It will support every move you make, so you can’t be faster than a mouse. That is an awesome feature and I am sure every hard-core gamer will like it. DPI button is also a big plus. It is in a great position and it allows you to change DPI in the blink of an eye. And the last thing, comfort. Well, ergonomics of this mouse are so good, that you will fell in love with it.

I need to say that this category is the most expensive one on this list. You really can’t make mistake whatever you pick. If you want most ‘gaming’ look, pick Logitech G402. If you want a wireless mouse, pick G403. It also has RGB feature, which is cool. And if you want something that is looking simple, but powerful, choose Rival 300 or DeathAdder Chroma.

Personally, my favorite gaming mouse under $60 is Logitech G402. I just love the look and the feature of ultra-fast gaming experience. It is faster than I am, and I love that because I am hard-core Counter-Strike player.

• Features
  It has almost the same features as previous one in the more expensive category. I really love it and for FPS gamers, it is more than enough. It has amazing optical sensor and buttons are also nice with quick response time. All in all, I really love it!
• Design
  Oh my God, you can't say that it doesn't look amazing. Just look at it. It has so many different features and they look amazing. It is RGB so you can customize it a little bit further with custom software. Build quality is excellent, and every part is top notch. Corsair knows their job.
• Price
  I gave it 3/5 stars because the price of this mouse is going up and down like crazy. Sometimes it costs $65 and sometimes $40. If you are able to find it on the sale, you should get it immediately because it is definitely worth the price. If it is too expensive, just skip it.

This mouse can be in this or top category because it is a lot of times on sale. I don’t know when, but if you manage to find it under $40, buy it. It is a steal! And I will tell you why. Like a DeathAdder Chroma, this isn’t new mouse, it is just an updated version of old M65. Corsair is targeting FPS gamers with fast responses. The mouse has a really aggressive look, with RGB feature. So if you want something like G402 for a smaller price, this is it! Build quality is great, and it has an aluminum body. Because of that, it is a little bit heavier, weighing about 115 grams. But, if you want even heavier mouse you can add three 6.85 grams. You also get the RGB feature, and you can adjust all settings in the very easy-to-use software.

Now, let’s talk about buttons. They are very well made, with great response time. Side buttons are a little bit small, which is the only downside of this mouse. There is also big ‘sniper’ button, which I love the most. It is really unique, and you won’t see it every day. Corsair can really brag about their new optical sensor PMW336X. If you don’t know anything about sensors, don’t worry because this is the top of the line. Also, you can adjust DPI up to 12000 if you are that crazy gamer. All in all, this is amazing mouse even for the more expensive category.

  Redragon isn't the most famous brand in the world, but this mouse is definitely worth your time. It is a great choice for MMO players because it has 18 programmable buttons. This is more than you need, but if you are hard-core, go for it!
• Design
  It has that famous 'gaming' design and I like it. But many people will disagree, and I can't change your taste. It has red and black color theme and you can make a pretty sick setup with it. As I said, Redragon isn't the best brand out there, but build quality is pretty good.
• Price
  I really love the number of features that you are getting for this price tag. Sensor and buttons are great, so it is worth the price. And the design is also great, and as I said, if you love MMO games, you should consider buying Redragon M901 PERDITION.

If you checked the price of M65 Pro and it isn't on sale, don't worry. This M901 Perdition will always be under $40. As you can see from the pictures, this is real 'gaming looking' mouse. It has a ton of features and for this price point, it is a true gem. I love the design of it. The whole mouse is black with nice red accents. There are lighting options which I also like. I need to mention that there are 5 memory profiles, so you can make one for MMO games, one for FPS games, and one for surfing online. That's really cool.

The best thing that you get with M901 is buttons. There are 18 programmable buttons. Just imagine that number. That is because of big 12 button grid on the side. The target audience for M901 are MMO gamers, because of side buttons, but you can always use it for FPS games and I will tell you why. You are getting nice, a well-designed laser sensor, with a maximum of 16,400 DPI. It is insane, and I can't imagine someone playing on that number. But, if you are a hard-core gamer, you will love it. Also, the weight of the mouse is nice, but you are getting 8-piece weight tuning set, in case you don't like something. It can be the best cheap gaming mouse on this list.

  Logitech G602 is another great mouse that is by accident in this category. I love it because it is wireless and that's cool. It also has 11 programmable buttons which is great for MMO players. The big downside is that DPI maximum is only 2500 which is quite small.
• Design
  Well, it looks expensive. It has nice black and silver design and I love the little details on this mouse. The rubber part is also nice and you can see that everything high-quality. It is also very ergonomic, and only for right-handed people. Aluminum gives it extra weight.
• Price
  Another mouse that goes up and down all the time. If you want something wireless, you should get it, but only if it is under $40. Don't spend anything more than that because it isn't worth it. I love it and it is wireless, but it misses a lot of different features.

Say hello to Logitech G602, another expensive mouse that is often on the sale, and that is how it comes in this category. The most amazing thing that you get with this mice is the wireless feature and we will talk about that later. the design of this mouse is quite nice. It doesn't look like every other gaming mouse, it has nice black and silver design with little blue accents. So, if you want, you can use this mouse in the office or something like that. The G602 is really comfortable due to nice rubber texture. As I said, this is a gaming mouse, and let's see some 'gaming' features.

First, there are 11 programmable buttons, and 6 of them are on the side. That means that is perfect for all MMO players out there. The DPI is a little downside because it only goes up to 2500. So, if you are hard-core FPS gamer, you should maybe consider something different. But, if you love to play something like League of Legends, and you love the wireless stuff, this is the perfect option.

  Logitech G300s is really great and it comes with tons of different features. The sensor is nice and I don't have any complaints. The only thing I don't love is low DPI number. However, a lot of people don't use more than 2000 DPI but keep in mind that you can't go over 2500.
• Design
  This is pretty simple but elegant look from Logitech. I love it because it is symmetrical and everything looks perfect. It is all black with nice blue accents on both sides. Build quality is also on a high level, so you shouldn't worry about accidental breaking.
• Price
  I love the fact that this mouse is symmetrical and it is a big plus for Logitech. It also has a ton of programmable buttons with the nice sensor. Build quality and design are also great and I don't see why this mouse isn't worth the money. If you love it as much as I do, you should consider getting one.

This is the last mouse in this category. Another one from Logitech, but with completely different design and features.  The thing that I love about G300s is that it is completely symmetrical so you can use it with right or left hand. We don't see this very often. G300s is a really great looking mouse. The whole mouse is black with small blue accents and big 'G' logo in the middle. There is rubber on both sides, so don't worry about grip during long gaming sessions. Now, let's talk numbers!

This is perfect mouse for casual gamers that don't want to spend a fortune on the mouse. Logitech made 9 programmable buttons, which you can use for many things. There are 3 onboard memory profiles, and that will be enough. You can set DPI from 250 to 2,500 which isn't the biggest number but it is okay for standard gaming.

Corsair Gaming M65 Pro is the best choice if you can find it on sale. As I said above, it is an on sale a lot of time, and that's why I put it in this category. So if you find it for $40 or even $50, don't think too much. You can't make the mistake.

If you are a hard-core gamer, and you don't want to spend too much on a gaming mouse, M901 Perdition should be a good choice. It has more than enough programmable buttons, perfect for MMO type of games. Also, 16,400 DPI is absolutely crazy!

And last, but not least, Logitech G602 Wireless. It has great design and also it is mouse for mainly MMO players. If you don't like cables, this is perfect one because it is wireless. But, keep in mind that the price for this one is often pretty high and you shouldn't overpay.

• Features
  When I give it 4 stars you can't compare that to 4 stars in the most expensive categories. However, Pictek 2400 DPI is really good gaming mouse for a small amount of money. The one thing that I love the most is that it is completely wireless.It also has 7 buttons, which is always nice to see.
• Design
  It has that popular red and black color scheme, and I need to admit that I love it. I love all the details and the lights they put together. It doesn't look flashy and bulky, which is the really important thing for me. Build quality is on a decent level for this amount of money.
• Price
  At this price, it is a complete steal. You can't get anything more than this and that's the fact. It has all the good and useful features, and it also looks nice. If you want to save money for something else, but you still need gaming mouse, this is a really nice pick and it is worth it.

Okay, we are in the cheapest category on this list. And that are gaming mouses under $20. You can't expect to get every feature that $60 have, but I'll show you some pretty decent mouses. First on the list is Pictek 2400 DPI gaming mouse. The nice thing about this mouse is it is wireless. The design of it is really good, mainly black and red parts. You are getting 7 buttons with the great unique feature. They are all quiet. You can bring it to the library and don't worry about annoying anyone.

The target audience is mainly casual FPS gamers, that want good gaming mouse that won't break their budget. Maximum DPI of Pictek is 2,400., which is okay for this price point. It will be more than enough for casual gamers, but if you want something better, you will need to pay more money. But, if you just love gaming and don't want to spend much, this is a safe choice!

  It has pretty aggressive design and I love it. It is another one in red and black color scheme with a lot of different details. Build quality is also pretty good for something this cheap.
• Price
  I can't talk about price because for this money you can't get anything better. It is definitely worth your $10 so if you need something cheap but pretty good, this is a great option for you.

This is something really cheap. But for this price, it is really good and I will show you why in a second. For this price, you are getting really good looking mouse with 6 buttons on it. The whole mouse is made of plastic with rubber on both sides for better grip. You also get the really aggressive look, and I know a lot of you love that. As I said above, 5 programmable buttons with 5 memory profiles. Also, you are getting 8-piece wight tuning set. Now, let's look at some numbers!

You are getting 3,200 maximum DPI with this price tag! It is insane. If you love to play FPS games, you will love Redragon M601. If you are on a really tight budget, this is the perfect option for you. I don't know what they can add to this price point. Really ergonomic design, with a look of a lot more expensive mouse. Definitely the best cheap gaming mouse!

  It has simple and clean black body, all in matte black. I love the small white logo on the bottom of the mouse. It is really small body but it feels great in the hand, and that is pretty important
• Price
  Man, it costs $10. And it is also wireless. It has a decent sensor and enough buttons on it. You can't talk me about build quality or lack of unique features because it is dirt cheap.

This is something really cheap. But for this price, it is really good and I will show you why in a second. For this price, you are getting really good looking mouse with 6 buttons on it. The whole mouse is made of plastic with rubber on both sides for better grip. You also get the really aggressive look, and I know a lot of you love that. As I said above, 5 programmable buttons with 5 memory profiles. Also, you are getting 8-piece wight tuning set. Now, let's look at some numbers!

You are getting 3,200 maximum DPI with this price tag! It is insane. If you love to play FPS games, you will love Redragon M601. If you are on a really tight budget, this is the perfect option for you. I don't know what they can add to this price point. Really ergonomic design, with a look of a lot more expensive mouse.

This is the cheapest category. You shouldn't expect much because of the price tag. $20 isn't enough if you want something serious, but I tried to find some gems.

In my opinion, the best option for this price point is Pictek 2400 DPI. As I said, it is perfect for this price. For less than $20, you get a great looking wireless mouse. Buttons on it are quiet and maximum DPI is 2400. It will be great if you don't want to spend much and you are a casual gamer.
