Two side buttons are in great position, and you won’t have problems with clicking them. Scrolling wheel is the 16-step type, and I like it more than 24-step one. EC2-A is mainly for ‘claw’ or ‘palm’ grip style. All in all, as I said at the beginning, probably the best mouse for CS GO.

I said before that main thing is customization, and I really mean that because it even comes with adjustable weights. It weighs 120g / 0.26lbs, but if you want to change that, with Kone XTD, you can.

The design is pretty awesome, with two light stripes. You can change colors of it, and a lot more. It is all black with big white ‘Roccat’ logo. As I said, there are 12 buttons. They are all placed nice, easy to access. You can choose to buy this mouse with laser or optical sensor. Maximum DPI is pretty big, 8200. I don’t know how people can play with this much, but okay. Also, I need to add that this mouse isn’t new. It is a bit old, and for this price tag, you can get something new. Don’t get me wrong, it is a great mouse, but there are better options.

It is really well-built. It is made in all plastic with illuminated ‘SteelSeries’ logo. It is RGB and you can change colors of logo and scrolling wheel. The funny thing is that you can get Rival 100 in ‘Alchemy Gold’. I really love this color option. For this price, you are getting the really great optical sensor. It works perfectly fine, and you will like it.

Buttons are pretty good, but I need to say that scrolling wheel is not that great. It is hard to click and I think nobody is using it in games because of that. Two side buttons are nice, but I would like to see rubber grips on both sides. However, it isn’t that slippery. It is great for medium-size hands, and weight is perfect – 92g / 0.2lbs. I personally don’t like too light mouses. However, I think this is the best cheap gaming mouse for CS: GO on this list.

The mouse is medium-small and if you have large hands, you should probably skip G303. It is also pretty light, weighing only 87g / 0.19lbs.
